1. Hire local - we hire colleagues who live in or as close as possible to where we operate.

2. Buy local - we buy local produce from local businesses where we operate. We will prioritise produce that is local to or as close to where we operate as possible.

3. Transparency - we share information about how our business impacts the local economy and community.

4. Support locals - we provide the local community with special discounts, use of our facilities where possible and volunteers for community events.

5. Support local institutions - we support local public institutions by publicising their information and collaborating where possible.
